
Elaine Naleski is Director of Communications and Community Relations for Colorado Springs School District 11, where she is responsible for all district communications and public relations. She supervises the Volunteer and Partnership programs, the Facility Rental program and the Community Education program, as well. Elaine is a native of Dallas, Texas, but spent most of her life in Austin, Texas where she was a teacher and administrator in the Austin Public School District and an instructor at the University of Texas. She is married to Kip Naleski, owner of Cliff’s Watch Repair here in the Springs. She has two daughters and two grandchildren. Elaine is past-chair of the Pikes Peak Workforce Youth Council, a member of the DeVry Institute’s Advisory Board, a member of the Intel Citizens Advisory Panel, president of the Colorado School Public Relations Association and treasurer of the Colorado Springs Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
