"Alchemy, Wizards & Potions" was a big hit at the last Big Cool Science Festival at Colorado College in April 2017.  Thousands turned out (our biggest crowd ever) and everyone had a great time as young science wizards performed their own amazing chemistry, levitated objects, explored our "castle" and crawled through a realistic cave simulator, just a few of the dozens of activities presented by Cool Science and other participating organizations.  Kids even imagined themselves as real "Scientists at Work" with PPLD's green screen video (pics).  Check our Facebook Event page for pictures, videos and comments from our fans. 

We hope to bring this event back someday (probably in a smaller format), but for now we just don't have the resources to host two giant carnivals each year so we're focusing on our Colorado Springs Cool Science Festival and Carnival Day at UCCS in October.
