The 2024 Colorado Springs Cool Science Festival will officially take place from September 28th through October 13th (although there may be a few special events before or after those dates).  The Cool Science Carnival Day at UCCS will be Saturday, September 28th (10 am - 4 pm).  This hugely popular event typically attracts over 6,000 attendees and features dozens of demonstration shows, performances, laboratory tours, interactive exhibits and hands-on activities for kids (primarily K-8th grades).  The festival will include a wide variety of fun and engaging events for the general public spotlighting STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) throughout the Pikes Peak Region.  

If your organization or group would like to participate in the festival but aren't quite ready to create a Carnival Day activity or festival event on your own, we can simply add your all of you members to our general pool of volunteers, or we can train your group to present one of our popular Cool Science activities.  We'll even supply the equipment and materials.  All you need to do is have as much fun as the kids!  Some examples of our experiments and activities can be found here.
