Join us every Thursday at 3 pm MDT for a live-streamed hands-on STEM lab for kids (via Zoom) in partnership with Concrete Couch.
This week (August 6th) we will be making chocolate rocks! We'll learn about the rock cycle, and make our own igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks out of chocolate. Yum!
This hands-on lab is ideal for all kid scientists ages 5-14 (younger kids with adult supervision), but space is limited so sign up soon. This activity page will help you prepare, and here is what you will need to participate:
Hope we'll see you Thursday!
For more hands-on STEM activities you can do at home anytime be sure to check out Try Science at Home and our Facebook page (where we post a new activity every day). You also can watch a sample live-stream Zoom lab.
