Bringing Scientific Fun to Colorado's Front Range...
​​  ...Cool Science is all about making science cool for kids, just like music, art or sports.  Our volunteers do this by bringing a wide variety of fun and engaging hands-on science activities year-round  to schools, libraries and other public venues throughout eastern Colorado.

Carnival Day is Saturday, Sep. 30th at UCCS!
Our biggest and most popular event features over 90 shows, performances, labs, tours and hands-on STEAM activity stations for kids - primarily K-8th, but fun and FREE for all ages!

2023 Colorado Springs Cool Science Festival
It begins with Carnival Day on Sep. 30th, but the festival continues thru Oct. 15th with 90+ events for kids, families and adults celebrating STEAM in the Pikes Peak Region.  There's something cool for everyone.  Check out the full schedule for details.

Cool Science at the Discovery Center
Now you can find us at least once a month at the Space Foundation Discovery Center, usually on Saturdays, doing something fun.  Regular museum admission is required, but all of our activities are included at no extra charge.
